Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting to ensure that standards and productivity levels are being met
Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants
Provide training and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment
Handle lost and found items with care and integrity
Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met
Access and control sensitive areas including master keys, guestrooms, storage, liquor room, and secured filing cabinets
Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment
