Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and hospitality from lounge to banquet
- Coach and train food and beverage team for smooth operations
- Enforce safety and hygiene standards including certifications compliance
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reports
- Monitor food quality and develop promotional activities
- Oversee inventory and beverage purchasing
- Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in reporting and management meetings
- Provide flexible support across food and beverage operations
