Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and hospitality from lounge to banquet
  • Coach and train food and beverage team for smooth operations
  • Enforce safety and hygiene standards including certifications compliance
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reports
  • Monitor food quality and develop promotional activities
  • Oversee inventory and beverage purchasing
  • Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Participate in reporting and management meetings
  • Provide flexible support across food and beverage operations
