Job Requirements
- Five years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field with supervisory experience required
- Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
- Must be effective in handling stressful high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
- Compliance with certification requirements may include food handlers alcohol awareness CPR and first aid
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Commitment to ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction

- Supervise and assist in food preparation ensuring high standards of quality taste and presentation across all outlets while maintaining safety expectations
- Lead motivate coach and discipline kitchen personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service
- Manage food costs budgets and maximize cost production ratios to optimize financial performance
- Maintain cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Clearly convey information and resolve concerns from co-workers and guests effectively
