Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Alcohol Awareness Certification must comply with state regulations
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
- Strong proficiency in financial tasks and arithmetic

Job Duties
- Lead the charge in setting up, servicing, and breaking down banquet events while ensuring strict adherence to Banquet Event Orders
- Supervise team appearance, service standards, and maintain safety compliance
- Assign tasks to team members, conduct pre-event meetings, and train new staff
- Act as liaison between Sales, Catering, and guests to resolve complaints and prevent incidents
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, beverage service, and handle financial paperwork including checks and cash
- Support audio/visual needs, attend meetings, manage lost and found, and secure sensitive areas while representing the company professionally
