You will play a key role in motivating and managing staff with effective communication and training initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Safety and security are also critical aspects of your responsibilities, where you will manage sensitive areas such as lost-and-found, master keys, and storage rooms with strict adherence to protocols. The Housekeeping Supervisor serves as the second-in-command in the housekeeping department, stepping in for the Housekeeping Manager as needed to oversee operations seamlessly.
