Job Duties
- Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain uniform and grooming standards
- Load and unload luggage
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Escort guests to rooms
- Open and close cab doors
- Deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed
- Stay updated on area attractions and events
- Provide maps and directions
- Keep the lobby reader board and entrance clean
- Keep the van clean inside and out
- Transport guests on scheduled runs
- Showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested
- Support guest services by answering the console
- Help with room changes
- Follow company policies and safety standards
