Job Description
Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions dedicated to shaping, growing, and bettering the recreational vehicle (RV), marine, automotive, commercial vehicle, and building products industries. With a rich history of innovation and excellence, Lippert blends strategic manufacturing capabilities with a vibrant team culture to deliver outstanding customer service, cutting-edge innovation, and premium products to its diverse customer base. Committed to fostering an inclusive workplace, Lippert emphasizes the value of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives among its team members. The company nurtures a supportive and empowering environment where every individual’s contribution matters, and career growth opportunities are abundant. Lippert provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid vacation, and personal time off, ensuring fair and competitive compensation alongside career development and mentoring programs.
The Marketing Warehouse Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting Lippert’s marketing team by managing the logistical elements of over 250 marketing events annually, including trade shows, rallies, and customer outreach activities. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the organization and inventory of marketing materials, product displays, and event equipment within the warehouse environment. The coordinator handles receipt and inspection of shipments, maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization, tracks inventory precisely, and prepares event-related shipments. This position also coordinates shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to event locations and assists with the physical loading and unloading of event equipment and displays.
Beyond warehouse management, the Marketing Warehouse Coordinator supports marketing operations by fulfilling internal requests for marketing assets, communicating inventory status and logistical plans to the marketing team, and ensuring all promotional materials meet brand presentation standards. Occasionally, the role involves local transportation of marketing products and assets between facilities and event sites. Working conditions primarily involve an office and warehouse setting, and the role requires physical activity such as lifting heavy boxes, operating forklifts, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Ideal candidates exhibit strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential, along with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and a positive mindset. Although no supervisory responsibilities are associated with this role upon hire, candidates with experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and event logistics support—particularly in a marketing context—will find themselves well-suited. This position requires legal authorization to work in the United States, and offers a stable career opportunity within a well-established company with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
