By combining human instinct with the speed and efficiency of AI, Sprinklr helps brands earn trust and loyalty through personalized, seamless, and efficient customer interactions. Sprinklr's unified platform provides powerful solutions for every customer-facing team - spanning social media management, marketing, advertising, customer feedback, and omnichannel contact center management - enabling enterprises to unify data, break down silos, and act on real-time insights. Today, more than 1,900 enterprises and 60% of the Fortune 100 rely on Sprinklr to deliver consistent, trusted customer experiences worldwide.
Sprinklr is currently seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of its national flagship events and major tradeshows. This role is crucial in serving as the primary point of coordination among internal stakeholders, external partners, and high-profile audiences. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in vendor management, event logistics, and delivering polished, high-impact experiences in both internal and customer-facing environments. This is a hands-on role that demands exceptional operational rigor, superior communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
The Event Manager will own end-to-end planning and execution of national-level events and major industry tradeshows, handling all logistics including production, registration, onsite operations, booth experiences, shipping, and run-of-show documentation. They will manage project-specific vendor sourcing, negotiation, and coordination in partnership with the Field Marketing and Global Events Global Operations teams to ensure flawless execution. Collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership is key to aligning event goals, messaging, and deliverables.
Delivering high-quality brand experiences is a top priority to support pipeline generation, customer engagement, and executive visibility. The Event Manager will also develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting to ensure the success and continuous improvement of events. In addition to national events, the role provides secondary support across other event programs by assisting with meeting planning, agenda development, AV needs, space layout, and attendee communications. The role also involves supporting food and beverage strategy including menu planning, dietary needs, and onsite service coordination, as well as managing hotel room blocks, housing lists, arrival and departure logistics, and relationships with hospitality partners.
Sprinklr values a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture where each team member is empowered to innovate and grow. This role offers a unique opportunity to work for a leading-edge technology company that is pioneering the Unified CXM category. The salary range for this role is $92,000 to $153,000, with base pay dependent on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to salary, the successful candidate may be eligible for discretionary bonus plans, commissions, and equity programs. Sprinklr offers an exceptional benefits package including 401k with full company contributions, flexible paid time off, caregiver and parental leave, life and disability insurance, and comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage. The company is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and fosters a workplace where everyone feels respected and heard.
