This opportunity is for a Marketing Senior Specialist positioned within the Practice Management department, specifically supporting the Advisory group. This role is located in Austin, Texas but is considered remote with some expectations of occasional office presence for meetings or training. The Marketing Senior Specialist will be reporting to the Advisory Marketing Senior Manager and will play an essential role in executing integrated marketing campaigns designed to build market visibility, improve brand presence, and generate demand aligned with the firm's advisory marketing strategy.

The role demands a strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities and hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with practice leadership, business development teams, and marketing colleagues to execute high-impact programs that deepen client engagement and support lead generation. Key responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution, coordinating content development for social media and other channels, supporting event coordination, and analyzing marketing performance data to inform continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional services marketing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project coordination and management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Collaborative team player
  • Experience with B2B marketing strategies preferred
  • Experience in social media promotion
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Copilot, Microsoft Teams, CRM, and marketing project management tools a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree with a focus in marketing, business, or related field

  • Understanding of professional services marketing approaches
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
  • Experience with social media promotion
  • Experience working with alliance partners or external associations a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Copilot, Microsoft Teams, CRM, and marketing project management a plus

Job Duties

  • Assist the advisory marketing lead and marketing operations team with campaign planning and program development
  • Monitor progress of marketing initiatives and keep stakeholders informed and on deadline
  • Coordinate with practice leaders, business development and marketing teams to identify and complete marketing opportunities
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance social media networks and shape content that amplifies key campaigns and thought leadership
  • Assist in the creation of insights that build awareness, address key business challenges, and position the firm as a trusted advisor through timely, relevant thought leadership
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral including sell sheets, capabilities decks, datasheets, client references, sales tools, web pages and case studies
  • Support the advisory marketing lead and marketing operations team on marketing automation deliverables including email content and list criteria
  • Provide event coordination and logistics support, including facilitating webinars, maintaining contracts and invoices, and tracking ROI utilizing firm systems
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify opportunities, achievements, and impact
