- intermediate computer proficiency with ability to learn
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Complete the process of booking eligible tours on the phone and face to face
- sell mini-vacation packages to other HGV resorts to generate potential revenue
- respond to guest requests in a timely manner
- represent HGV professionally at all hotel properties where the program is active
- assist with tour and marketing related issues
- confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rate
- ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered
- build and develop a motivated team environment in the field
- meet or exceed performance metrics
- ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts or promote courtesy tours
- champion Hilton quality customer care service across all marketing channels
- secure future business through face-to-face package sales
