The opportunity to join Hyatt as a Marketing Manager within the Global Marketing team offers a strategic and creative role focused on enhancing the World of Hyatt loyalty program. This position plays a pivotal role in bringing Hyatt's brand and loyalty experience to life for travelers and members around the globe. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, preference, membership growth, stay activity, and ongoing engagement. Working extensively in collaboration with loyalty, brand, communications, regional, field marketing, social, and sales teams, this position requires a marketer who can blend creative strategy with hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-channel marketing campaigns, developing clear and compelling marketing briefs, managing relationships internally and externally to deliver effective marketing initiatives, and using data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and inform future marketing strategies. This role demands exceptional project management skills suitable for a fast-paced and matrixed organization, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising or related field
  • minimum of 5 years' experience in brand or marketing roles

  • Experience of 5 years in brand or marketing with proven success in managing campaigns from strategy to execution

Job Duties

  • Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including brand initiatives, program communications, and global or regional campaigns
  • establish clear, compelling marketing briefs and partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
  • create and implement communications that support strategic partnerships, business priorities, and stakeholder objectives
  • manage campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and with attention to detail
  • cultivate relationships with internal teams including data and analytics, email operations, digital, brands, social, communications, legal, etc. to drive successful execution
  • use data and performance insights to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing decisions
  • contribute to development of overall long-term marketing strategy across brands, functions, and regions
