Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising or related field
  • minimum of 5 years' experience in brand or marketing roles
  • demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • strong project management capabilities
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • resourceful and adaptable with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • proficiency in digital and social media marketing trends
  • previous experience working with global teams and managing translations
  • ability to analyze and use data to inform marketing strategies

Job Qualifications

  • Experience of 5 years in brand or marketing with proven success in managing campaigns from strategy to execution
  • detailed understanding of all marketing channels and tactics with the ability to connect strategy, creativity, and operations
  • ability to link big-picture thinking to implementation for diverse internal and external audiences
  • strong project management skills suitable for a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead and influence across teams
  • self-starter with resourcefulness, adaptability, and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • innovative and forward-thinking with knowledge of the latest marketing and digital/social media trends
  • experience working with translations and global teams
  • familiarity with using first party data for personalized content and campaigns
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Advertising or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including brand initiatives, program communications, and global or regional campaigns
  • establish clear, compelling marketing briefs and partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
  • create and implement communications that support strategic partnerships, business priorities, and stakeholder objectives
  • manage campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and with attention to detail
  • cultivate relationships with internal teams including data and analytics, email operations, digital, brands, social, communications, legal, etc. to drive successful execution
  • use data and performance insights to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing decisions
  • contribute to development of overall long-term marketing strategy across brands, functions, and regions
