Job Description
The Highland Dallas is a luxury boutique hotel located in the vibrant heart of Dallas' Highland Park neighborhood. Combining modern sophistication with Texas charm, this upscale property is a hub of creativity, innovation, and exceptional guest service. It features 204 stylish guest rooms, a stunning rooftop pool, premier event spaces, and its newest restaurant concept, The Reserve, which has become a go-to destination for both locals and travelers. As a part of the Hilton Curio Collection, The Highland Dallas embodies a unique blend of contemporary design, southern hospitality, and a commitment to excellence. The hotel offers an exciting and dynamic environment where passionate hospitality professionals can grow their careers and make a meaningful impact on the guest experience. The property is managed by Davidson Hospitality Group, a renowned full-service hospitality management company known for its entrepreneurial approach and personalized service that rivals a small company while backed by the resources of a larger organization.
The Highland Dallas is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager who has strong knowledge of the Dallas/Ft Worth market and experience within the hospitality industry. This onsite role reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and involves leading the marketing efforts for the entire property, including The Reserve restaurant and bar. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an innovative property-level marketing plan that promotes on-brand messaging through multiple channels including traditional media, digital marketing, and social media platforms. This position requires a strategic leader who is a creative problem solver, an innovative thinker, and an effective collaborator capable of working cross-functionally with hotel leadership, food and beverage teams, and corporate and ownership levels.
Key responsibilities include creating targeted campaigns that drive consumer awareness and brand preference, increasing market share, and showcasing the property’s programs, activations, and promotions to hotel guests, local patrons, and destination visitors. The ideal candidate leverages storytelling, social media expertise, and analytics to foster engagement, manage outside agencies, and align marketing strategies with business goals. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a marketing professional eager to elevate their career within a prestigious Hilton Curio property and contribute to a culture that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence. The Highland Dallas provides a supportive and enriching work environment where creativity and hospitality expertise are celebrated and nurtured.
