Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communications business or a similar area or equivalent professional experience
- minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event marketing field marketing or related area
- proficiency in event marketing and field marketing concepts
- experience supporting field or sales adjacent marketing activities
- fluency in the local language for the region supported
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Deliver regional marketing events including conferences and webinars aligned with goals and strategies
- coordinate event logistics including booking travel and on-site execution across multiple regions
- provide field marketing support to regional sales teams through customization of approved marketing materials
- manage event budgets and timelines effectively
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities meet customer and business needs
- assess and report on the effectiveness of events and customer programs
- maintain relationships with vendors and partners
