The role of Marketing Manager - Events at Groundworks is a pivotal position aimed at scaling and enhancing the company’s event marketing programs to drive aggressive growth and brand awareness across multiple markets. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Recruit hire train and develop high-performing brand ambassadors
  • Lead coach and manage multiple event teams across territories
  • Establish performance expectations tied to clear KPIs leads per hour cost per lead appointment set rate
  • Foster a culture of professionalism accountability and brand excellence
  • Partner with local sales managers to align event schedules with production capacity and revenue targets
  • Ensure seamless lead handoff and appointment conversion processes
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to maintain brand standards messaging consistency and promotional strategy alignment
  • Oversee event logistics including booth selection contracts equipment transport setup and teardown
  • Manage event marketing materials inventory and distribution
  • Ensure all brand activations reflect Groundworks professionalism and service excellence
  • Track and analyze event performance metrics to measure ROI
  • Monitor cost-per-lead cost-per-appointment and conversion performance
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Identify underperforming markets and implement corrective action plans
  • Develop and manage territory-level event budgets
  • Control expenses while maximizing lead generation output
  • Forecast event-driven revenue contribution
  • Regularly report to work each working day
