Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience in hotel or luxury brand marketing preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing including social media and SEO/SEM
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience preferably in hospitality or luxury brand environments
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and SEM strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and multitasking
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics
  • Ability to produce creative marketing materials and presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners

Job Duties

  • Support the Director of Marketing in all marketing planning and execution strategies
  • Assist in the development, management, and measurement of marketing branding strategies including budgets, social media, websites, digital and print advertising, collateral, video, and photography assets
  • Act as liaison between hotel and regional marketing support, outside agencies, and vendors
  • Execute eCommerce campaigns including email, paid media, social media, online listings, and SEO/SEM
  • Manage project timelines, creative development, and coordinate production and material deadlines
  • Oversee website content including Brand.com and vanity sites ensuring legal and security compliance
  • Maintain and approve all on-property collateral, sales tools and offers ensuring brand alignment
  • Manage third-party site content on platforms such as Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and social media
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots for marketing assets
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and presentations for leadership and ownership meetings
