The Marketing Manager position at Ampleo is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth by generating qualified marketing leads (MQLs) and supporting the sales conversion process. This role is dedicated to one or more Ampleo divisions and works closely with division leadership and the Group Head of Marketing to ensure seamless alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives. The Marketing Manager is accountable for the full marketing strategy cycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and performance tracking.

This hands-on role demands exceptional leadership qualities and operational expertise. The Marketing Manager develops and owns the division marketing plan aligned with revenue and growth targets, manages marketing and business development budgets, coordinates campaign execution through shared services including web, creative, content, demand generation, and sales teams. They are responsible for defining the ideal customer profile, core messaging, and positioning while translating business priorities into clear marketing initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities also include managing project workflows, using tools such as ClickUp to maintain transparency and ensure timely delivery, monitoring key performance indicators such as lead generation volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and reporting results to stakeholders regularly. The role requires frequent collaboration within a matrixed shared-services environment and leadership of weekly marketing and business development synchronization meetings.

Ampleo seeks candidates with strong project management, budgeting, negotiation, and communication skills who can thrive under pressure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in marketing technologies such as HubSpot and event management software is essential. The candidate must reside in Utah due to compliance and operational needs.

Job Duties

  • Develop and own the division marketing plan aligned with revenue and growth objectives
  • maintain alignment between division leadership and Ampleo marketing leadership
  • define and maintain the ideal customer profile (ICP), positioning, and core messaging
  • translate business priorities into clear, executable marketing initiatives
  • manage and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end
  • coordinate deliverables across shared services teams (web, creative, content, demand generation, and business development)
  • sequence and track work to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • manage projects within ClickUp and maintain visibility across stakeholders
  • manage marketing and business development budgets and adjust spend based on performance and pipeline impact
  • monitor and manage key performance metrics including MQL volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, and campaign/channel performance
  • provide regular reporting on results, risks, and recommended adjustments
  • ensure consistency across marketing and sales materials
  • contribute to development and refinement of marketing content as needed
  • lead weekly Marketing/BD syncs with division leadership and shared services partners
  • provide weekly updates to the growth team on marketing performance and project status
  • collaborate effectively within a shared-services, matrixed environment
