Job Requirements
- Current Kutztown University student
- Outgoing and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience or interest in content creation and marketing
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment
- Commitment to follow safety policies

- Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable engaging with peers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Majors in marketing, communications, digital media, social media, design, or related fields
- Experience in content creation, photography, or event coordination
- Interest in marketing, promotions, or sales
Job Duties
- Assist with planning, hosting, and staffing dining events and tabling activities
- Promote KU meal plans through peer-to-peer outreach
- Create and support social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Help with photography and videography as needed
- Support orientation, admissions events, and university recruitment days
- Conduct student surveys and gather feedback
- Contribute to digital and print marketing projects (Canva, signage, etc.)
- Complete light office tasks and follow Aramark safety policies
