The company is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate-Level Digital Marketing & Communications Intern to join its Marketing & Creative Team. This internship provides hands-on experience in executing various digital marketing initiatives such as social media campaign execution, copywriting, web content optimization, and lead generation performance analysis. Interns will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Content & Creative Manager to manage digital assets, analyze engagement data, and assist with customer activations that support the growth of the Greenhouse Fabrics and Anna Elisabeth brands.

This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop practical skills in corporate project management, omni-channel marketing production, automation, reporting, and brand communications. The Digital Marketing & Communications Intern will be involved in multiple facets of marketing, allowing them to gain comprehensive experience in the field. This includes tasks such as copyediting compelling social media content, assisting in multimedia content creation, conducting website audits, collaborating on advertising strategies, and supporting event coordination and partnerships.

Moreover, this internship is structured to provide continuous learning and development through weekly reporting and feedback sessions with the Director of Marketing. Interns will also have the opportunity to set and pursue long-term internship goals, ensuring measurable progress and personal growth. This experience is designed to refine organizational and project management skills, strengthen knowledge of marketing technologies, and deepen understanding of brand strategy within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour for up to 20 hours per week, with work conducted on-site at the company's location in High Point, NC. Interns will gain exposure to diverse marketing campaigns and operational systems, preparing them for successful careers in marketing and communications within the textile, interior design, or related creative industries.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a graduate-level degree at an accredited school
  • minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.25
  • availability to work up to 20 hours per week during summer internship period
  • ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
  • proficiency with relevant design and marketing tools
  • strong organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate-level degree program in marketing, communications, business, public affairs, graphic design, film, textiles, or a related creative field
  • minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.25
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • proficiency with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • knowledge of marketing tools including HubSpot, MailChimp, Google Analytics, PowerBI, and SEMRush
  • ability to ask high-level questions and take ownership of assignments
  • project management skills
  • experience with digital content creation and editing

Job Duties

  • Copyedit engaging copy and captions for social media platforms
  • assist with editing photo and video content for short-form social content
  • assist in dashboard tracking of digital and web marketing campaigns
  • serve as junior webmaster conducting biweekly website audits
  • collaborate to ensure brand voice consistency across digital platforms
  • assist with advertising initiatives and performance tracking
  • curate local partnership ideas and coordinate trade show logistics
  • manage product showroom preparation for seasonal events
  • support general marketing and customer service projects
  • select and report on long-term internship goals
  • present weekly internship reports and receive feedback
  • maintain digital asset management system by organizing and tagging assets
