Job Description
Home Instead is a prominent provider of in-home care services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and independence for seniors and individuals requiring assistance. Founded on a mission to provide compassionate and tailored care, Home Instead operates through a network of independently owned and operated franchise offices. The Fayetteville franchise office, located at 555 Executive Place, serves a two-county territory, delivering a range of services aimed at supporting seniors and their families in maintaining comfortable and safe living environments. With a strong commitment to community involvement and personalized service, the Fayetteville team collaborates closely with local organizations and businesses to foster meaningful partnerships that drive growth and outreach in the region.
This particular opportunity is designed for a Marketing Intern who will play a vital role in expanding Home Instead's referral network by attracting both Care Professionals and clients within the Fayetteville area. This part-time paid internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment, ideal for students or individuals seeking to gain practical skills in marketing and community engagement. The intern will be actively involved in relationship-building activities that generate demand for Home Instead's services, such as meeting with local business owners to create mutually beneficial partnerships, participating in sponsorships and community events, and supporting the broader marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Director. Additionally, the intern will assist in managing the sales pipeline, helping to track progress and nurture potential leads.
This position requires a proactive and motivated individual with a passion for marketing and a genuine interest in Home Instead's mission to positively impact lives through compassionate care. Candidates are expected to bring some academic background in marketing or related fields, coupled with a keen understanding of the local community dynamics and a demonstrated ability to quickly establish strong business connections. The Marketing Intern role provides an excellent platform for gaining exposure to real-world marketing tactics within the healthcare services sector, preparing candidates for future career opportunities in marketing, sales, or community relations. As an in-person position, this role emphasizes active participation and direct interaction with the community, fostering a comprehensive learning experience that balances professional growth with meaningful contribution to the company's mission.
