The Nicholas and Company Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for college students to gain real-world experience and professional growth while working in a collaborative and inclusive culture. This full-time, paid internship lasts for 11 weeks, from May 19 to July 31, 2026, and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Interns will join the marketing and supply chain departments and work alongside industry experts who value their ideas and prioritize professional development.

The marketing intern role at Nicholas and Company is designed for motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and make an impact. The intern will support the marketing department by assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and promotional events, including managing logistics and on-site operations. Responsibilities include managing marketing data, analysis, and reporting to help track performance and guide decision-making processes. Interns will also track and support sales promotion initiatives through execution, monitoring, and post-campaign evaluation. Additionally, developing, organizing, and maintaining visual marketing assets in alignment with brand standards across multiple channels will be part of the role.

This internship provides a hands-on experience in marketing event planning and execution, opening the door to future employment opportunities within the organization. Interns will work with a supportive and collaborative team, allowing them to develop valuable skills and knowledge in marketing and event management in a real business environment. Job Duties
