Job Requirements
- ba or bs degree in marketing or business or 3-5 years industry experience
- ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving commercial electronics, power-related problems, and network connectivity/configuration
- ability to frequently lift, carry and move materials weighing 25-50 lbs
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally including weekends and holidays
- ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- help execute and implement marketing projects and materials to support the experiential marketing team
- support event leads on various events ranging in size and scope
- provide technical demo support including audio-video needs, equipment guidance, and testing
- coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for tradeshows and events
- adhere to internal processes and guidelines
- organize warehouse and manage project coordination
- liaise with agencies and vendors
- collaborate cross-functionally within marketing and other departments
- troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving commercial electronics, power problems, and network connectivity
- provide regular communication with project teams
- travel domestically and internationally as required
- manage multiple projects simultaneously
- deliver organized, meaningful solutions under time sensitive conditions
- meet and exceed internal stakeholder expectations
