The Senior Manager, Marketing Events role is a key leadership position within the company’s marketing division. This role is responsible for owning the strategy and execution of high-impact events that are crucial for brand visibility and commercial growth. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, the Senior Manager will lead the planning and delivery of major medical congresses, trade shows, workshops, and internal meetings that attract national and regional audiences. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Clinical, Marketing, and Executive leadership to create exceptional event experiences that effectively communicate the value of advanced medical devices and therapies. The Senior Manager will be accountable for the entire event lifecycle from developing the annual event strategy to negotiating contracts, managing logistics, overseeing booth design, coordinating travel, and ensuring robust on-site execution. Additionally, the Senior Manager must manage budgets, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and utilize performance metrics to optimize future event effectiveness.

Job Duties
- Lead the annual event strategy and calendar across national and regional medical conferences
