- creative mindset with a commercial understanding of how events support pipeline growth
- proficiency with project management tools and comfort with AV/event tech

Job Duties
- Lead the annual event strategy and calendar across national and regional medical conferences
- manage end-to-end event execution including logistics, booth design, vendors, travel, and on-site coordination
- partner with sales, marketing, clinical, and executive teams to deliver impactful customer-facing events
- oversee budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- track event performance, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement
