Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate degree program at a vocational program college community college or university
- Must have a cumulative GPA over 3.0
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be available for full duration of the internship May 12 - October 31 40 hours per week hybrid work environment
- Ability to occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds
- Schedule may include some evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate degree program at a vocational program college community college or university
- Must have a cumulative GPA over 3.0
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Events marketing business management coursework
- Content creation experience
- Event planning and execution experience
- Ideally has music venue and ticket experience
- Creative asset management experience
Job Duties
- Support planning execution and event recap of local events including the Live at Lagunitas summer series
- Creation of all ticketing pages website updates newsletters announce and on sale coordination
- Provide on-site event support including setup coordination and troubleshooting including hospitality coordination acting as a day of show runner setting up VIP meet and greet area assisting the box office and content creation
- Organizing all post show content paying vendors clean up event recaps ticketing data recaps and more
- Liaise with vendors freelancers and partners to ensure timely and accurate deliverables including booking photographers coordinating poster artists and printing
- Coordinate and project manage creative assets across music venues festivals and Live at Lagunitas
- Execute content and social media plans before during and after events
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks including purchase orders budgets and expense tracking
