Marketing Events Coordinator

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team in the Colorado Springs, CO market. This role is vital to expanding our brand presence and driving sales through strategic participation in local and regional events and shows. As a Marketing Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching and identifying suitable events within the assigned territory, negotiating contracts with event vendors, and booking an annual calendar of impactful events. The position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

In this role, you will recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators to represent Baths by Nex-Gen at shows. You will also be responsible for scheduling demonstrators, coordinating booth and display set-up and tear down, and actively engaging with attendees to promote our products. A key part of your duties will include setting appointments for free in-home consultations during events, collecting contest entries from attendees, and following up on these entries to maximize consultation opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to measure and report on event results to help optimize future marketing efforts.

This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to coach and motivate others. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and outgoing attitude. The job can be physically demanding, as it involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds. Availability to work weekends is also essential, as many events occur during this time.
