Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or related field
- proven event planning and execution experience
- proficiency in Constant Contact, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and all social media channels
- strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- experience in managing attendee databases
- ability to analyze event effectiveness metrics
- commitment to nonprofit mission and values

Job Duties
- organize, track, and execute events aligned with Habitat's mission
- assist with marketing plans and social media campaigns
- monitor and analyze event effectiveness through metrics and feedback
- create and manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness
- liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers for contracts and services
- recruit, train, and manage event staff and volunteers
- manage attendee data within customer management systems
- conduct post-event evaluations for continuous improvement
