The Marketing Events Seasonal Associate plays a vital role within this progressive and multifaceted organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this temporary, seasonal position offers a unique opportunity for recent or upcoming graduates to gain hands-on experience working alongside marketing professionals on high-profile events and fan engagement programs throughout the football season. The salary includes a $1,000 stipend for those relocating or traveling over 50 miles, making this role both rewarding and accessible.
This position involves coordinating numerous Eagles-related events, including Training Camp and Game Days, while managing the Eagles Kids Club activations, promotions, database maintenance, and sales reporting. The Marketing Events Seasonal Associate will also oversee the Eagles Landing program communications and database, assist in the execution of community fan engagement activities such as the Draft Party, Football Festival for Women, Yoga on the Field, and Youth Football Camps, and support ongoing marketing promotions and advertising campaigns.
The role demands strong organizational skills, interpersonal confidence, and adaptability to thrive within a fast-paced and evolving sports marketing landscape. Candidates will be responsible for managing marketing and mail communications, creating research reports and presentations, organizing event recaps, and providing insights to develop new initiatives. Job Requirements
- Recent or upcoming graduate within previous eighteen months or military discharge within same timeframe
- Educational background in marketing, communications, advertising, business or sports management helpful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop helpful
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to interact professionally with fans
- Experience with event execution, planning or production preferred
Job Qualifications
- Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026)
- An educational background in marketing, communications, advertising, business or sports management is helpful
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
- A working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is also helpful
- Candidate should have strong analytical and writing skills and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be able to interact with fans in a professional manner to address customer service needs as they arise
- Experience with event execution, planning or production preferred
Job Duties
- Work directly with marketing team in coordinating Eagles-related events, including Eagles Training Camp, Game days, etc.
- Execute the daily needs of the Eagles Kids Club, including management of all club activations, promotions, overall club maintenance, database management, regular sales reports, and sales
- Manage the Eagles Kids Club and Marketing Department mail and email accounts
- Execute the daily needs of the Eagles Landing program, including management of the Eagles Landing database, regular communication with existing Eagles Landings about program updates, and weekly updates to the Eagles Landing map and website
- Assist in the execution of all Eagles fan engagement events, including the annual Draft Party, Football Festival for Women, Yoga on the Field, etc.
- Assist with Jr. Mobile Pro Day and Play 60 Pep Rally Appearances that occur throughout the season
- Assist with the marketing and execution of all Eagles Youth Football Camps
- Support the development and execution of marketing promotions and advertising campaigns
- Serve as the main point of contact for the planning and operations involved with fan engagement programs and Pepsi Plaza on Eagles Game Days
- Lend support in creation of research reports, data analysis and PowerPoint presentations
- Organize event recaps and provide research, insights and development of newly-proposed events
- Assist in all advertising and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Perform additional duties required of the Marketing Department
- Execute all departmental donation request and track in CRM
