Job Description

Aboard is a pioneering company engaged in crafting a novel category of electric travel trailers that cater specifically to modern families eager for freedom, comfort, and energy independence. Drawing deep inspiration from California Mid-Century Modern design principles, Aboard ingeniously melds aesthetics with automotive-grade technology to engineer travel trailers that offer a seamless and modern living experience amidst the natural world. The company’s pioneering products are designed not just to facilitate travel but to provide a living space that encourages staying and truly experiencing the outdoors in style and comfort. This vision places Aboard at the forefront of the eco-friendly and technologically advanced recreational vehicle market.

Currently, Aboard is preparing for its U.S. market launch and is in search of a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies across diverse channels including content creation, events, and digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is passionate about building a premium lifestyle brand from the ground up. The Marketing Coordinator will have the privilege of working closely with the founder and a dedicated marketing team to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life effectively.

The role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can support the day-to-day marketing activities including content production, social media management, event coordination, and marketing operations. Responsibilities encompass scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, along with managing photo and video assets, writing copy, monitoring engagement, and performing performance tracking. Event and field marketing support is also an essential part of the role, entailing planning and executing outdoor festivals, RV events, and demos.

Furthermore, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating logistics for events, organizing lead collection and follow-up, maintaining marketing calendars, liaising with designers and vendors, managing marketing material inventory, and supporting CRM updates. The role also involves assisting with website content updates, landing page preparations, email marketing, and automation. This position offers a competitive salary based on the applicant's experience and the chance to grow within an early-stage, high-growth brand that is launching a new category in electric and modern mobile living.

Aboard is committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity in its workplace and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking company that marries design, technology, and outdoor living, shaping the future of recreational travel and lifestyle.
