Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Strong creativity and self-motivation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with social media or event planning preferred
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work restaurant shifts
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute engaging events such as family nights and seasonal campaigns
  • Manage social media strategies with creative content and strategic promotions
  • Motivate and engage team members through contests and recognition programs
  • Work restaurant shifts regularly to stay connected with operations and guest experience
  • Collaborate with the Owner/Operator, Executive Director, and Community Relations Coordinator to align marketing goals
  • Develop unique experiences to boost brand loyalty and sales
