Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
- Strong creativity and self-motivation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with social media or event planning preferred

- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders

Job Duties

- Plan and execute engaging events such as family nights and seasonal campaigns
- Manage social media strategies with creative content and strategic promotions
- Motivate and engage team members through contests and recognition programs
- Work restaurant shifts regularly to stay connected with operations and guest experience
- Collaborate with the Owner/Operator, Executive Director, and Community Relations Coordinator to align marketing goals
- Develop unique experiences to boost brand loyalty and sales
