Known for its picturesque setting and lively atmosphere, Bear Creek Mountain Resort integrates beautiful mountain scenery with top-notch amenities including lodging, dining, and outdoor adventures such as skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and zip-lining. The resort prides itself on high-quality customer service and an engaging guest experience that appeals to families, outdoor enthusiasts, and event attendees alike.

As a dynamic and growing resort, Bear Creek is continuously enhancing its brand presence through innovative marketing strategies that emphasize digital engagement, creative content production, and community involvement. The resort's marketing team plays a crucial role in bringing the Bear Creek brand to life through various channels such as social media, print, video, live events, and partnerships with local businesses and media outlets. This approach ensures that Bear Creek maintains a positive reputation and remains a top choice for both local visitors and tourists.

The Marketing Coordinator position at Bear Creek Mountain Resort is pivotal in supporting these marketing efforts. This role is designed for a creative and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with a diverse team. Beyond content creation, this role supports overarching communication strategies to strengthen the organization’s image and manages donation and sponsorship requests while maintaining the marketing calendar to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.

The ideal candidate will be involved in monitoring brand messaging, responding to social media engagement, drafting press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and other communication materials. Additionally, this position helps build relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage. Collaboration extends to working with other departments such as Hotel, Sales & Events, Food & Beverage, and Mountain Operations to identify promotional opportunities and craft supporting marketing materials that align with Bear Creek’s brand identity, tone, and quality standards.
