Job Description

PBR Hampton: A Coors Banquet Bar is a vibrant and uniquely styled entertainment venue located in Hampton that combines the rugged excitement of the toughest sport on dirt—bull riding—with a welcoming, urban cowboy and cowgirl nightlife experience. This establishment stands out as Hampton's most stunning club, offering patrons an inviting atmosphere enhanced by beautiful decor, cold beer, and a selection of hard drinks. Designed to be every urban cowboy or cowgirl's nighttime oasis, PBR Hampton presents a dynamic blend of outdoor rodeo culture with a modern bar and entertainment setting. This distinctive combination creates an energetic space where guests can enjoy thrilling live events, social gatherings, and a lively nightlife environment all in one place.

The Marketing Coordinator role at PBR Hampton is pivotal in driving the club's brand presence and engagement across multiple social media platforms and live events. This full-time position is ideal for a creative, passionate individual focused on promoting the venue's unique offerings and events while interacting with a diverse audience. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for crafting compelling social media content, managing digital campaigns, and supporting marketing efforts both online and during events. This includes coordinating event logistics, supporting live coverage, fostering relationships through customer service outreach on social channels, and assisting with promotional materials.

In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to stay up to date with current digital marketing trends, maintain influencer and media contacts, and help build a visually rich library of photo and video assets. Collaboration with regional and local marketing managers will be a key aspect to ensure that campaigns and content align with the overall strategic vision. Additionally, the role demands flexibility, as working evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support the venue's event schedule. This position demands an individual who is organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Past experience in hospitality or entertainment marketing will be highly beneficial. Overall, this position offers a rewarding opportunity for those looking to combine event-driven marketing with a distinctive nightlife scene in a culturally rich and entertaining environment.
