Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain 1055 Slot/Cardroom/Pari-Mutuel Individual Combo License
- Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must adhere to regulatory and company policies
- Capable of working in varied environments including casino, restaurant, and kitchen settings
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds with assistance
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and casino tracking software
- Ability to work with promotional equipment
Job Qualifications
- Four year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques
- Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to convey information effectively
- Analytical skills to assess performance and identify improvements
Job Duties
- Provide superior guest service
- Positively affect interactions with guests and employees
- Deploy promotions and interact with guests including live announcements and prize form assistance
- Organize and plan event descriptions, timelines, and planning documents for customer events
- Disseminate information about customer events to all involved departments timely
- Setup all systems and controls necessary for customer events including CMS and event guidelines
- Enter purchase requisitions for supplies and decor for promotions
- Deploy events within proper safety and security guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality in all actions and duties
- Assist in casino events and promotional activities as needed
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically
- Work flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
