Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain 1055 Slot/Cardroom/Pari-Mutuel Individual Combo License
  • Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must adhere to regulatory and company policies
  • Capable of working in varied environments including casino, restaurant, and kitchen settings
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds with assistance
  • Must maintain confidentiality
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and casino tracking software
  • Ability to work with promotional equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Four year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques
  • Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to convey information effectively
  • Analytical skills to assess performance and identify improvements

Job Duties

  • Provide superior guest service
  • Positively affect interactions with guests and employees
  • Deploy promotions and interact with guests including live announcements and prize form assistance
  • Organize and plan event descriptions, timelines, and planning documents for customer events
  • Disseminate information about customer events to all involved departments timely
  • Setup all systems and controls necessary for customer events including CMS and event guidelines
  • Enter purchase requisitions for supplies and decor for promotions
  • Deploy events within proper safety and security guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality in all actions and duties
  • Assist in casino events and promotional activities as needed
  • Keep work area clean and orderly
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically
  • Work flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
