Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • minimum one year of experience in marketing, event planning, promotions, or related field
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • proficiency in relevant computer applications

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • one year of marketing, event planning, promotions, or related experience
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • experience with budget monitoring and expenditure tracking
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage marketing efforts and event planning
  • assist in developing marketing plans
  • manage both online and traditional advertising and collateral development to promote events throughout the property
  • effectively communicate marketing promotions and event details to team members and guests
  • participate in promotions meetings, take meeting minutes and liaise with other departments
  • monitor marketing budget and track department expenditures
  • place purchase orders for administrative items and promotional giveaways
  • maintain promotional inventory and track payments and requisitions
  • track the process of promotions from conception to finish and maintain files and reports
  • track and record promotion and event participants including tournament and drawing winners
  • complete all required paperwork for accurate records
