Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, design, or relevant experience
- experience in marketing, proposals, business development or graphic design
- proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
- strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple deadlines
- willingness to travel occasionally
- strong attention to detail and layout skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, design, or relevant real-world experience
- experience in marketing, proposals, business development, or graphic design
- strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- strong attention to detail and layout awareness
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- willingness to travel occasionally for interviews, meetings, and events
Job Duties
- Coordinate and help lead proposal efforts from kickoff through final submission
- write, edit, organize, and format proposal and qualification content
- develop interview presentations and support teams in preparation and rehearsal
- create clear, thoughtful visual materials to communicate complex ideas
- maintain and update resumes, project profiles, and marketing data
- support business development efforts through research and client-facing materials
- assist with planning and coordination of conferences, trade shows, and client events
