Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing
- 3 to 6 years of relevant marketing experience
- strong computer skills in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office 365
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple deadlines

Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing
- minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in the AEC industry
- strong computer skills and high proficiency in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office 365
- superior organizational skills

Job Duties
- prepare proposal submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, brochures, and related materials for potential opportunities
- assist with lead tracking, capital planning research, and due diligence
- coordinate all materials for proposals with internal and external teams
- organize the pursuit process
- collaborate with marketing staff, principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop relevant materials
- provide general support for marketing and business development efforts in the studio and practice area
