Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing
- Minimum 1 year direct marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Google Suite
- Familiarity with Meta Suite
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
- Knowledge of HubSpot a plus
- Ability to communicate persuasively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel locally as needed

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to analyze social media engagement
- Experience with marketing campaign analysis
Job Duties
- Schedule and execute marketing campaigns including monthly promotions and grassroots initiatives
- Manage content calendar with precision, logging and tracking marketing activities
- Organize and execute monthly promotion guides and weekly company communications via email, text and social media
- Serve as marketing contact for local General Managers ensuring communication of corporate strategies
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across email, text, display and social media channels
- Collaborate on social media content scheduling and posting to drive user engagement
- Coordinate grassroots marketing events and initiatives to generate new sales leads
