Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
  • At least one year of prior experience in a marketing support role
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
  • Preferred knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Willingness to participate in team meetings and community events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum one year of experience in a marketing support role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain accuracy of community pages on brand websites and provide creative assets
  • Customize ad templates for local market needs and secure legal approval for incentives
  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns including Realtor communications
  • Order and manage creative assets such as virtual tours, room designers, brochures, and collateral
  • Provide marketing point-of-sale materials including displays, flyers, and inserts
  • Conduct regular community presentation audits ensuring integrity of signage and marketing materials
  • Track and process invoices related to marketing plan execution
  • Coordinate and assist with special community events and neighborhood openings
  • Maintain relationships with third-party marketing vendors
  • Update and monitor MLS listings in coordination with local broker solutions
  • Participate in monthly field calls and annual marketing summit
