Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
- At least one year of prior experience in a marketing support role
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
- Preferred knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Willingness to participate in team meetings and community events
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a marketing support role
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Maintain accuracy of community pages on brand websites and provide creative assets
- Customize ad templates for local market needs and secure legal approval for incentives
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns including Realtor communications
- Order and manage creative assets such as virtual tours, room designers, brochures, and collateral
- Provide marketing point-of-sale materials including displays, flyers, and inserts
- Conduct regular community presentation audits ensuring integrity of signage and marketing materials
- Track and process invoices related to marketing plan execution
- Coordinate and assist with special community events and neighborhood openings
- Maintain relationships with third-party marketing vendors
- Update and monitor MLS listings in coordination with local broker solutions
- Participate in monthly field calls and annual marketing summit
