Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of event coordination experience in luxury or high growth industry

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of successful event coordination experience in a high growth, luxury product or service industry
- experience contributing on a high performing content and brand development team in a fast paced environment
- excellent empathy and understanding of customer needs including insureds and agents
- exceptional oral and written communication skills with adaptable communication style
- strong time management and attention to detail
- passion for process improvement and brand storytelling through events
- ability to stay calm under pressure with excellent organizational skills and integrity
- strong sense of accountability, fun, and adventure
- natural curiosity and willingness to innovate
- advanced proficiency with event management software, online registration tools, Microsoft Office suite, social media management, and data analytics for event performance evaluation
Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute agent events, client events, internal events, and community outreach programs
- identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships including caterers, venues, and entertainment providers
- develop and manage event budgets ensuring activities remain within financial constraints
- coordinate all logistical aspects of events including transportation, accommodations, and on-site setup
- collaborate with marketing team to promote events via social media, email campaigns, and print materials
- manage event registrations, RSVPs, and attendee communications
- conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
- provide support for All Hands Calls and ad hoc meetings as per executive requirements
- participate in a variety of special marketing projects as needed
