The current opening involves a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development Team within the Life Re Insurance sector. This position is centered on assisting in the planning and execution of various social media content and public relations communications, significantly contributing to the company's visibility and engagement with its target audience. Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, maintaining digital platforms such as the company website and LinkedIn profile, and coordinating marketing materials that promote products effectively. This role also has a significant focus on sponsorship management, ensuring that partnerships are cultivated and budgets for sponsorships and advertising are monitored efficiently.
In addition, the position involves content development tasks like organizing content creation meetings and producing the Underwriting Quarterly Newsletter to provide fresh insights to clients and stakeholders. The role requires a high degree of organization and multitasking, given the diverse nature of duties spanning event management, digital marketing, and client communications. The ideal candidate is expected to have 2-5 years of experience in event coordination and marketing support, alongside familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Duties
- Update the yearly calendar of meetings and seminars
- Organize and coordinate monthly webinars
- Facilitate the planning and execution of podcasts
- Organize and promote company seminars and events both on and off-site
- Manage the LinkedIn account by posting relevant content twice a week
- Regularly update and maintain the company website
- Develop and manage academy training modules
- Coordinate commercials and promotional content for products
- Manage sponsorships efficiently to enhance partnerships
- Monitor budgets for both sponsorship and advertising
- Coordinate monthly content creation meetings
- Create and edit the underwriting quarterly newsletter
- Update client proximity updates on ORIC spreadsheet and HubSpot account
- Fulfill other duties as requested by management
