The newly established Marketing Coordinator position at Vivida Dermatology represents a significant opportunity for career advancement within the company. This role is designed not only to support current marketing initiatives but also to serve as a critical player in the company’s strategic growth plans, with an expected transition to a management position within two years. The Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in enhancing Vivida’s brand presence through creative and effective marketing strategies spanning social media, community engagement, and provider relationships. A key focus is developing campaigns that consistently reflect Vivida’s commitment to quality care and maintain its reputable brand identity.

This position offers a comprehensive blend of duties from content creation and social media management to community outreach and market research. The Marketing Coordinator will establish and nurture relationships with various stakeholders, including patient communities, healthcare providers, and marketing vendors, thereby helping to increase referral volumes across different services offered by the practice. Key performance indicators include boosting Mohs surgery referrals and general dermatology referrals year-over-year, maintaining strict adherence to budget guidelines, and delivering timely and insightful reporting to leadership.

As part of the role, the Marketing Coordinator will closely monitor trends within the dermatology and healthcare marketing landscape to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful. The role demands proactive communication both internally among team members and externally through various marketing channels. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns, overseeing company events such as community gatherings, open houses, and staff parties, and supporting internal communication efforts that promote staff engagement and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a creative mindset with an interest or experience in graphic design, marketing analytics, and strategic communication, all essential for meeting Vivida’s ambitious marketing goals. Additionally, the role entails travel within the referral network’s geographical locations to facilitate relationship building and gather actionable insights. This dynamic position requires a self-starter who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and passionate about elevating a healthcare brand through innovative marketing practices. The daily work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for events and community involvement. This role reports directly to senior leadership and collaborates closely with various department managers and team leads to ensure the marketing efforts align with overall organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • minimum of 1-2 years experience in marketing or related role
  • proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
