The role of Marketing Coordinator at Harbor's Edge is a full-time opportunity positioned within the Marketing Department. This role centers on supporting the sales team to achieve sales and occupancy goals by managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The Marketing Coordinator serves as a vital administrative figure, tasked with ensuring data accuracy, managing lead workflows, producing insightful reports, and maintaining a consistent and positive brand representation across all marketing communications and interactions.
The Marketing Coordinator's responsibilities extend beyond CRM management to include direct interaction with residents, prospects, and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional presence at the Marketing Office during business hours. This individual maintains the office’s daily operations, manages CRM data integrity through ongoing cleanup and validation, and assists in coordinating marketing events, including logistics and on-site support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance CRM utilization, streamline workflows, support sales communications, and handle marketing collateral and supply management.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or Organizational Development
- Valid driver's license issued in the state of residence with a safe and acceptable driving record required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales support and marketing
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Aline or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry, database management, and reporting skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and responsive approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
- Basic understanding of marketing, lead management, and sales support
- Event coordination or support experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Duties
- Greet residents, prospects, and guests in the Marketing Office and handle incoming calls, providing a professional and welcoming experience Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Manage daily operations of the Marketing Office to maintain a professional environment
- Serve as a primary CRM user by monitoring inquiries, entering and updating data, assigning leads, and ensuring accurate and timely workflow management
- Maintain CRM data integrity through ongoing cleanup, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliable reporting
- Support CRM-driven marketing events by managing RSVPs, tracking attendance, and updating records pre- and post-event
- Generate and distribute CRM-based reports to support performance tracking and stakeholder communication
- Identify and recommend CRM process improvements and support development and maintenance of SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency
