The Marketing Coordinator position at Florida Coast Medical Center is a full-time role focused on advancing the hospital's consumer engagement and market growth objectives. Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, the coordinator will have frequent interaction with the hospital CEO, hospital leadership teams, the home office marketing department, and communications teams. The primary goal is to execute comprehensive marketing plans that fuel market and hospital growth, elevate the hospital brand, and effectively communicate the hospital's value proposition to the community. This role is pivotal in supporting market growth activities and leading the execution of the hospital's social media strategy across all platforms.
In this capacity, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for fostering strong internal and external relationships, working collaboratively with diverse teams to align marketing priorities with broader market growth strategies. Key responsibilities include planning and activating marketing campaigns, coordinating hospital events and seminars, and highlighting success stories through paid media channels, including extensive social media engagement. The position requires a proactive approach in gathering intelligence on business priorities, translating them into compelling marketing narratives that resonate with the community, and continuously measuring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to executive leadership.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or relevant field
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in communications, brand management or public relations
- knowledge of healthcare industry preferred
- strong project management abilities
