Job Description
Compass is a leading real estate technology company that focuses on empowering agents through innovative marketing and branding strategies. As one of the foremost companies in the real estate sector, Compass combines cutting-edge technology with personalized services to help agents grow their businesses efficiently. The company prides itself on fostering a collaborative and creative environment where marketing, agent experience, and creative teams work hand-in-hand to deliver outstanding results. This culture of teamwork and innovation is a cornerstone of Compass' success in the competitive real estate industry. The company operates with a clear mission: to elevate its agents by developing strong brand identities and marketing campaigns that resonate with their target audiences. Compass is not just a real estate company; it is a brand that agents proudly represent because their marketing effectiveness directly reflects the company’s success.
The Marketing Coordinator role at Compass plays a vital part in shaping the marketing and branding projects for the company's agents from the initial concept stage through development, implementation, and tracking. This position is 100% in-office, based in the Greenville, Delaware office, underscoring the value Compass places on team collaboration and direct engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely alongside skilled in-house marketing professionals and creative experts who bring diverse industry experiences to the table. This collaborative work environment ensures that the marketing outputs maintain cohesion with the Compass brand, while successfully meeting the unique marketing needs of individual agents.
In this role, you will act as an essential partner to agents, managing systems that streamline communications and processes, making marketers’ efforts less time-consuming and highly effective. Your duties will include coordinating with the design team to manage custom project deliveries, analyzing marketing initiatives' results to inform future strategies, and developing comprehensive marketing plans that maximize budget effectiveness across various channels. These channels extend from print and digital advertising to social media, photography, video, and direct mail. You will also support agents in adopting Compass's proprietary platform and tools through tailored internal communications and training materials. Additionally, you will play a role in research and design, developing regional social media assets and regular email campaigns to engage local markets and promote agents’ businesses effectively.
The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of marketing experience and exceptional interpersonal skills that help in building strong client relationships. You should be meticulous with details and savvy with social media, particularly Instagram. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is required to handle design coordination efficiently. Project management skills, including impeccable time management and prioritization, will be crucial to your success. This role demands a balance of independent working capability and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Experience in client or account service roles, real estate marketing, or luxury brand marketing adds value, though is not mandatory. The role also requires proficiency in office productivity suites from Apple, Google, and Microsoft.
Compensation for this role ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, knowledge, and experience. The compensation package also includes bonuses, restricted stock units, and a comprehensive benefits package that supports employee well-being. This career opportunity is perfect for marketing professionals eager to make a measurable impact in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive work environment where innovation and agent success go hand in hand.
