Job Description
Wright-Pierce is a distinguished multi-discipline engineering firm that has been delivering reliable and innovative solutions to water resource and infrastructure challenges since 1947. With a team of more than 350 dedicated professionals, Wright-Pierce operates throughout the Northeast and Southeast regions of the United States, with offices in New England, New York, South Carolina, Florida, and other locations. As an established leader in the engineering industry, the firm is deeply committed to environmental stewardship and societal impact, following its core mission to 'engineer a better environment.' Wright-Pierce prides itself on combining technical expertise with a passion for service, making meaningful contributions to protecting and managing our planet's most vital resource—water.
The role of Marketing Coordinator at Wright-Pierce offers a unique and dynamic opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team actively supporting the firm’s expansion and client engagement initiatives across multiple geographic locations. This position is designed for a proactive and organized individual who is eager to contribute toward the growth of a respected engineering organization by supporting business development efforts, including proposal development and interview preparation. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with engineering teams to help craft compelling, well-organized presentations and proposals that highlight Wright-Pierce’s expertise and value proposition.
In this role, you will have the chance to coordinate and manage trade shows and events that are essential to building the firm’s brand and fostering client relationships. You will maintain and update essential marketing collateral such as case studies, resumes, and boilerplate content, ensuring that all materials reflect the high-quality and professional standards synonymous with Wright-Pierce. Maintaining the firm’s brand integrity across all deliverables is a fundamental part of this role, requiring a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Additional responsibilities include providing support for social media initiatives to enhance digital presence and engagement, managing office marketing supplies and materials, and cross-training in various marketing functions to offer comprehensive support across the firm. A hands-on approach is encouraged, and you will have opportunities to visit project sites to gain firsthand knowledge of the firm’s work, which enriches the authenticity and clarity of marketing communications.
This position requires exceptional written communication skills, excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in the fast-paced and challenging environment typical of Wright-Pierce. A commitment to the firm's core values of integrity and dedication is essential for success. Although the role is entry to mid-level, experience in marketing, proposal development, and familiarity with the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry can significantly enhance your contribution.
Wright-Pierce supports equal employment opportunities and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. This opportunity is available in any Wright-Pierce office location, reflecting the firm's flexible and inclusive approach to talent acquisition.
