Job Duties

  • Assist in planning and organizing marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and summits
  • Coordinate logistics for events including signage, promotional materials, and giveaways
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
  • Lead development of marketing catalog and inventory management
  • Manage swag and promotional items closet inventory and reordering
  • Assist with budget and invoice processing and ensure compliance with marketing spend requests
  • Maintain communication with all organizations and provide prompt responses to requests
  • Partner with team on responding to marketing requests as necessary
  • Help maintain and update company intranet in coordination with various departments
  • Support internal marketing communication, events, and campaigns
  • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams as an internal brand champion
  • Use project management systems to document and track activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
