Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and summits
- Coordinate logistics for events including signage, promotional materials, and giveaways
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
- Lead development of marketing catalog and inventory management
- Manage swag and promotional items closet inventory and reordering
- Assist with budget and invoice processing and ensure compliance with marketing spend requests
- Maintain communication with all organizations and provide prompt responses to requests
- Partner with team on responding to marketing requests as necessary
- Help maintain and update company intranet in coordination with various departments
- Support internal marketing communication, events, and campaigns
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams as an internal brand champion
- Use project management systems to document and track activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
