The Marketing Coordinator role is a pivotal position within our organization, reporting directly to the head of Marketing. This individual will play an essential role in enhancing the bank's reputation and visibility. The successful candidate will facilitate effective communication between upper management and department heads to ensure the smooth execution of impactful marketing campaigns from conceptualization through to final delivery. This role is highly collaborative, working across all regions to align marketing efforts with strategic goals and to produce market and initiative-based plans that effectively promote our products and services. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing practical budgets that align with the department’s objectives and supporting branch employees through guidance, inspiration, and training to contribute to the overall success of the bank. Located in Sioux Falls, this is an on-site position that demands strong organizational skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of marketing best practices, including current industry trends and digital media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of delivering measurable marketing results and will be adept at managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing communications or related field required
- 5+ years experience in a marketing role
- knowledge of banking industry preferred
- knowledge of social media trends and best practices
- experience with web analytic tools such as google analytics
- experience in wordpress cms kadince navigator or similar products preferred
- experience in design programs such as canva adobe cc programs required
- candidate must pass a pre-employment screening including credit history and criminal record check

Job Duties
- acts as subject matter expert in areas related to marketing including current knowledge of industry trends effective use of social media and best practices
- performs regular touch points with stakeholders for professional collaboration on marketing objectives and results
- collaborates with the pbi vice president of marketing on the development of the marketing strategic plan
- assists regional marketing and pbi marketing resources in the creation management and measurement of market or initiative-based plans
- utilizes available tools to use data to identify target audiences and creates content that engages inspires and motivates
- partners with senior management and acts as a trusted advisor to develop marketing solutions that are tailored to business needs
- develops implements and monitors budgets on behalf of department
- organizes campaigns and promotions across all banks including coordinating schedules and deliveries
- participates in all stages of advertisement development from brainstorming to creation execution and measurement
- actively builds and maintains databases systems to support future goals and marketing ideas
- provides copywriting editing as required for digital advertising emails social media radio print pr etc
- measures effectiveness of marketing campaigns and assesses against goals provides reports to leadership
- plans prioritizes and organizes work efficiently to produce measurable results while handling multiple projects
- coordinates with the marketing team for success in all areas of excellence
- attends and participates in assigned meetings stakeholder and industry events provides marketing presentations and updates as requested
