Founded in 1973, Fehr Graham has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality engineering and environmental solutions. The company values creativity, professional growth, and a positive workplace culture that encourages learning, team collaboration, and work-life balance. As a people-first organization, Fehr Graham fosters an environment filled with energy, enthusiasm, and support for both personal and career development. Their dedication to diversity and equal opportunity in employment reflects their commitment to inclusion and respect in the workplace.
The Marketing Coordinator role at Fehr Graham is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced marketing professional who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people, and is ready to advance their marketing career. This role is designed for a master multitasker who can skillfully manage content creation, project management, and marketing campaigns while leading initiatives that elevate the brand's presence. The position offers a blend of writing, editing, project coordination, social media leadership, and media outreach responsibilities, making it perfect for those who enjoy dynamic work environments.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating compelling content that highlights the firm’s projects and people. This includes writing blog posts, news releases, case studies, and award submissions which help Fehr Graham win new business. You will take ownership of the company’s social media presence by creating engaging posts, responding to inquiries, and spearheading campaigns that foster brand engagement. In addition, you’ll coordinate media outreach efforts to pitch stories and manage news releases, further enhancing Fehr Graham’s visibility in the industry.
The role also demands collaboration with writers and internal teams to optimize digital content for search engines and enhance the effectiveness of online marketing strategies. As a marketing project manager, you will keep initiatives on track by setting deadlines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and proposals. Your efforts will also support the development of statements of qualifications and competitive proposals in response to client opportunities.
Fehr Graham offers a hybrid or in-office work environment, requiring candidates to live within 50 miles of one of their offices. The firm prides itself on promoting a healthy work-life balance and integrates fun into its culture through team-building activities, office outings, and celebrations.
This role is ideal for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related fields and at least four years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with evolving technology, including using AI tools, and possess a broad marketing skill set including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, client relationship management databases, and social media platforms.
In return, Fehr Graham provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401K with profit-sharing, paid time off, and an engaging workplace atmosphere that supports career advancement and personal fulfillment. By joining Fehr Graham, you become part of a progressive and thriving firm that values your contributions and supports your professional journey.
