Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing with project and event management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with marketing platforms including HubSpot, WordPress, Microsoft 365
- Willingness to work onsite at the local position location
- No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided
Job Qualifications
- Excellent marketing writing and editing skills
- 3+ years experience in marketing environment managing event-related projects
- Strong project management skills managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, WordPress, Microsoft 365 Suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and social media marketing tools
- Experience in semiconductor industry (preferred)
- Basic video editing skills (preferred)
- Graphic design experience (preferred)
Job Duties
- Manage event project logistics from initiation to completion including tracking and reporting event success
- Secure and coordinate production logistics for events with exhibitions
- Distribute information internally to event attendees
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute communications campaigns promoting events
- Attend events to support on-site logistics
- Collect and analyze post-event data to produce comprehensive reports including metrics supporting business case and ROI
- Provide content for event-related social media posts
- Update corporate website and internal channels with event information
- Manage production of corporate giveaways
