Job Description

This job opportunity is with a leading company operating within the EMEA region, particularly focusing on the UK, Ireland, Middle East, and Africa markets. The company is a well-established entity known for its strong brand presence in the industry, delivering high-quality products under brands such as Interface and nora. Their commitment to innovation and market leadership is evident through their strategic emphasis on marketing and brand development. This position is located preferably in Birmingham or Halifax, offering an employment opportunity that integrates with a dynamic team supporting broad geographical markets across multiple areas.

As a member of the EMEA Marketing team, the role is centered on supporting the Marketing Team Leader by executing crucial marketing activities aimed at enhancing brand awareness, increasing market penetration, and driving product activity throughout various market segments in the UK and the wider EMEA region. The candidate will work closely with field-based sellers in both direct and dealer markets to ensure seamless marketing support that aligns with the company’s global strategy.

The position entails planning, executing, and monitoring global and regional marketing campaigns using both digital and traditional marketing channels. It includes managing product launches, coordinating events such as webinars and trade shows, and enhancing brand visibility while generating qualified leads. Additionally, this role requires the candidate to oversee asset coordination, including the adaptation and development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, point-of-sale materials, and social media content that adhere to brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will also handle media relations and external communications, working alongside agencies and media partners to support public relations efforts and maintain consistent, enhanced brand reputation across UKIMEA markets. Effective management of marketing workflows within CRM systems, competitor research, budget tracking, and collaborating cross-functionally with the global and regional marketing teams are key components of this role.

This marketing position requires a proactive, dynamic individual capable of juggling multiple projects with strong organisational skills, budgeting knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. The environment offers the chance to work in a collaborative setting with a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, making it ideal for marketing professionals eager to expand their experience in a vibrant, international context.
