The Marketing Assistant role at Duffy's Drafthouse offers a unique opportunity for students and recent graduates eager to gain valuable experience in hospitality marketing. This role provides a comprehensive exposure to the marketing functions within a dynamic restaurant environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team and enhancing guest relations. The position requires a collaborative individual who works well with teammates in various functions including advertising, executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, content creation, and managing social media presence. Additionally, this role involves coordinating field events, preparing performance reports, and providing essential office support.

The ideal candidate for this role is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn with a positive attitude. While restaurant marketing experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. This role offers hands-on experience in various marketing aspects from loyalty program management, guest service support, social media content creation, to event coordination and campaign promotions. The Marketing Assistant will be expected to faithfully respond to inbound guest inquiries by phone, email, or other communication platforms, ensuring a seamless guest service experience. The position demands proficiency with Microsoft Office software along with a creative mindset capable of contributing fresh and innovative ideas, especially for digital marketing and social media initiatives.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Candidates must be fluent in English and willing to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The salary for this role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
