Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, public relations, business administration, or a related field
- five or more years experience in event strategy, planning, execution, and promotion
- experience in retail marketing, public relations, brand management, and social media
- strong negotiation skills
- demonstrated experience managing internal teams and external agencies
- exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects independently
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Teams
- proven experience developing and executing social media strategies
- working knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- high energy, adaptable and self-directed
- commitment to company principles
- proficiency in Adobe creative software
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods including stair climbing
- flexibility to work nights, weekends and occasional holidays for events
- calm and effective problem-solving under pressure

- compensation between $88,400 and $104,500 plus 10% bonus pool
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, public relations, business administration, or a related field
- five or more years experience in event strategy, planning, execution, and promotion
- experience in retail marketing, public relations, brand management, and social media
- strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable vendor and sponsorship agreements
- demonstrated experience managing internal teams and external agencies
- exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Teams
- proven experience developing and executing social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
- working knowledge of SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- high energy, adaptable, and self-directed with a proactive approach
- commitment to integrity and alignment with the company’s guiding principles
- proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and/or InDesign with a strong understanding of visual branding and ADA compliance
Job Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support the property's sales and traffic goals
- support the creation of the annual strategic marketing plan and assist in managing the budget
- deliver monthly and ad hoc reports on marketing effectiveness and social media engagement using KPIs
- manage marketing invoice processing and tracking of the annual marketing budget
- lead collaboration with marketing and PR agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure execution excellence
- build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, media partners, and community organizations
- partner with tenants to plan and execute joint promotional activities
- collaborate with property management to plan and execute a dynamic calendar of events
- conduct post-event analysis to shape future event strategies
- uphold brand standards across all marketing and events initiatives
- lead the creation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns including SEO and social media
- oversee the digital media calendar and social media campaigns
- coordinate the design, production, and installation of signage and advertising campaigns
- serve as a key member of crisis response and communications team
- represent the property in media interviews or broadcast appearances
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned
